It is an up scale dollar store with basically bigger items bedding stuff is the best at very good prices

You can never go wrong at this place it's got everything that one is looking for I don't believable prices

Sale items are typically not stocked, or as I was told today, in the back room but not on the shelf yet. The employee I asked didn't offer to go back and get me the product. I went back and asked how long before it would be on the shelf and she responded about a half hour, again not offering to get me what I need. I gladly walked out and spent my money elsewhere. Nice customer service Giant Tiger!

Normally I don't like when my mom brings us to Giant Tiger to get lots of groceries, but the last time we went here to get birthday gifts for my friend it was great! We did get a little bit of groceries but it was still okay. :)

Love Giant Tiger Bolton, but it's the Employees that make the difference. The long time Staff make it a Positive Shopping Experience. My Favorite Employees are Terri, Gina & Sherri. Thank you for providing such great Customer Service...

Waited 15 minutes in line left my items and walked out. There was a long line up with only two cashiers. Great store but very unorganized

Website said they had stock, and they did. After asking 2 people, I found a third who was able to assist me in my hunt for the stock not on the shelves. Thanks for the good customer service, even though I had hoped for a quicker stop.

Great prices. Good selection. Store is a bit worn down. Tidy yes, but tired.

Love this place . Sale items are always in stock . Friendly staff and they are quick to open extra registers when the lines get long . My goto place for cleaning products and dry food goods .

I enjoy shopping at this location as it has a nice selection of items. The negative rating is because of a recent experience I had dealing with the Store Manager George and the checkout staff. Two weeks ago I purchased a scarf and a pair of pants that were reduced in price, and at the checkout the machine didn't take the price reduction. I also had a spend promotion that was used as part of the sale. In the end I was overcharged by 13 dollars. I brought the issue to the store so that I maybe reimbursed the amount I was overcharged. I understand that mistakes happen, it's how I was treated that was so disheartening. The cashier simply stated that she could not fix the problem of the overcharge. I had to ask for the manager to be involved to resolve the issue. The manager didn't even address me just said, then she loses her promotion" . When I insisted the manager look into what had happened further
